Alan Winde has been a member of the Western Cape Provincial Legislature since 1999. He became Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Tourism in May 2009, shortly after the DA won the Western Cape Province, and has pledged to assist in any way to help boost Table Mountain in this campaign.
